VRL® APRICOT Apricot was allegedly introduced to the Balkans by Alexander the Great. Be that true or not, it has been a local favorite ever since, enjoyed fresh or dried, and in the shape of jam, marmalade and preserve. Although a sensitive fruit that thrives only in mild conditions, apricot delivers a hefty punch when turned into rakija. The aroma is emphatically fruity, and the taste is fresh sweet and lingering.
